These terms apply to VPNCK cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. If any provision is unacceptable, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope and Applicability
VPNCK provides network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to optimize cross-border access paths. Available regions, routes, and compatibility may change with network conditions, data center maintenance, and the policies of destination services.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. The current plan information shown on the website and user panel forms part of the subscription terms.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Accounts, subscription links, and access credentials may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated third parties. Accounts may not be split, subscriptions copied, or the service otherwise provided externally for commercial purposes.
Requirements for Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the regions where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their content access and usage methods meet those requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, gain unauthorized system access, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, or commit fraud.
Users may not affect other users or route facilities through automated requests, abusive traffic, or resource misuse that clearly exceeds normal personal use. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for any resulting complaints, losses, or legal liability.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
VPNCK maintains, switches, and adjusts configurations based on route conditions, but does not make a fixed promise of continuous access to any particular region, route, or third-party website. Device environments, local carrier networks, destination service restrictions, system updates, and external events beyond reasonable control may affect connection results.
For brief interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, temporary faults, third-party service changes, or user configuration errors, the service will investigate and restore access within a reasonable scope. Users should select routes according to their actual needs and keep alternative connections and data backups for important activities.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket function in the user panel. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods.
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious service interference, payment fraud, or continued violation of these terms, VPNCK may restrict relevant connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. For issues that can be corrected, the service may first ask the user to stop the relevant conduct; for serious issues or conduct likely to cause further harm, necessary restrictions may be applied directly.
Changes and Interpretation
These terms may be updated when the service scope, route environment, or lawful-use requirements change. Updates will be published on this page and take effect according to the last-updated date shown here. Important changes affecting subscription use may also be announced in the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content. If a user disagrees with a change, they may stop using the service; refund requests already submitted will be handled under the refund terms applicable when the request was made. Matters not expressly covered by these terms are governed by the public information on the website, valid subscription details in the user panel, and applicable laws and regulations.
