ACCOUNT

Account & subscription

Get help with account setup, subscription access, device changes, and platform selection. Retrieve subscription details only from the user panel, not from configurations found on public pages.

Do I need an email address to sign up for VPNCK?
No. VPNCK does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. Store your username and password securely so you do not lose access after switching browsers or devices. After signing up, you can view plans, retrieve your subscription, and access client downloads from the user panel.
Where can I get my subscription after purchase?
After signing in to the user panel, find your current subscription in the account overview or subscription section. Client downloads and subscription details are not published directly on this page. Copy the subscription, then import or add it in your chosen client and wait for the route list to load. Use the same user-panel entry point for future updates.
Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?
You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNCK does not limit the number of devices, so you can use your current active subscription on your own Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux devices. On a new device, sign in to the user panel, download the client and subscription, and import them again. Remove local configurations from devices you no longer use.
Which desktop and mobile platforms are supported?
VPNCK currently supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Installation entry points and configuration screens vary by platform, so open the download area for the relevant platform from the user panel and follow its import instructions. Do not apply another platform’s setup steps directly to your current device.
CONNECTION

Connections & issues

Connection problems are usually related to an unrefreshed subscription, client mode, system permissions, or a network change. Troubleshoot in order to identify the cause more effectively than by repeatedly clicking Connect.

Why can’t I connect even after importing the subscription?
First confirm that your current plan is still active, then update the subscription in the client and check that the route list appears normally. Switch to another route and reconnect, making sure the client’s connection switch is enabled. If no route connects, restart the client and update the subscription again. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with your device platform, client behavior, and troubleshooting steps already completed.
Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?
A common cause is that the client’s split-routing rules are enabled and the app has been classified for direct access. Switch temporarily to a more comprehensive proxy mode for comparison. If the app works afterward, the issue is usually in the routing rules. Also check whether the app uses its own network settings, appears on the client’s exclusion list, or lacks effective system connection permission.
How should I update the subscription link?
Open the user panel first to confirm your current subscription, then return to the client and update the subscription or refresh its configuration. If the client still contains an expired configuration, delete the old subscription and import it again from the user panel. Do not paste subscription content on public pages or share it with others. When the subscription changes, rely on the information currently shown in the user panel.
What should I do if the connection stops working after changing networks?
When a device switches between wired, wireless, or other access environments, the old connection may retain its previous network state. Disconnect the client, wait until the system confirms that the new network is working normally, and reconnect to a route. If it still fails, switch routes, refresh the subscription, and restart the client to prevent the old connection state from remaining active.
ROUTING

Speed & routes

Route performance depends on local access, international links, the destination service, and device conditions. Evaluate the complete usage experience when choosing a route rather than relying on a single metric.

What should I do about slow speeds during peak hours?
Peak-hour slowdowns usually require separating local network congestion from congestion on international routes. Pause bandwidth-heavy downloads, sync jobs, and cloud backups, then compare another nearby route. If multiple clients are transferring data, pause and test them separately. Do not repeatedly reconnect to the same route; comparing performance across regions makes the cause easier to identify.
Does lower route latency always mean faster speeds?
Not necessarily. Latency mainly affects web response times, interaction, and connection setup. Sustained downloads and video playback are also affected by route congestion, local access quality, the destination service’s network exit, and device performance. When choosing a route, consider connection stability, whether the destination service opens normally, and sustained transfer performance rather than judging by a single changing number.
How should I choose a route for streaming or AI tools?
Prioritize a route that matches the destination service’s region and currently offers a stable connection. After changing regions, fully quit and reopen the target app so it does not continue using an old connection or cached result. If the site opens but playback, sign-in, or requests fail, compare another route in the same region to determine whether the difference comes from one route or from account-region and service rules.
How broad is VPNCK’s route coverage?
VPNCK covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. In everyday use, you do not need to prioritize the most distant region. For normal browsing and interactive tasks, start by testing a nearby route; for region-specific content, choose the region where the destination service is available. Route conditions change, so try a route in the same or a neighboring region when problems occur.
BILLING

Billing & refunds

Before purchasing, distinguish monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date from data packages that never expire. Manage orders, plan changes, and refund requests through the user panel.

Which monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your usual browsing, video, or sustained transfer needs rather than a single peak usage figure. Plan details and current purchase status are shown in the user panel.
Does a data package reset every month?
No. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Available options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They serve a different purpose from monthly subscriptions, which reset on the activation date, and are better suited to usage based on actual consumption. Before purchasing, confirm whether you want a monthly subscription or a data package.
How is a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle monthly plan upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check your current plan and the available target plan in the user panel, then submit the change. Do not substitute repeated purchases for the upgrade process, as multiple orders may make the currently active status unclear.
Which payment methods are supported?
VPNCK supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Start checkout from the plan page in the user panel and complete the payment using the methods currently shown on the checkout page. If the page status does not update promptly after payment, return to the order section to check the result instead of submitting the same purchase again before the order status is confirmed.
How do I request a refund?
VPNCK provides a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket section, select a billing- or refund-related issue type, describe the relevant order and request, and submit it. You may keep the order-status and payment-result pages available for verification. The refund policy and applicable rules are governed by the Terms of Service and order records.
SUPPORT TICKET

Issue still unresolved

When submitting a ticket, specify your platform, the status currently shown by the client, whether the issue occurred during import or connection, and which routes and troubleshooting steps you have tried. More complete details make it easier to skip repeated checks and move directly to the relevant troubleshooting stage.
